On February 16th of 2005, Tidal Media Group launched the latest edition in a long line of real estate websites with tateandfoss.com. Tate and Foss, Inc. the premier broker of distinct seacoast properties approached Tidal Media in late 2004 after reviewing previous real estate websites created by TMG. The existing Tate and Foss website was over 4 years old and did not offer users the ability to search the MLS/IDX system of Northern New England.

After reviewing their options Tate and Foss choose Tidal Media to create a state of the art real estate web site. The goals were to have a clean and professional look and feel and overall ease of use for their web visitors, enable MLS search capabilities while showcasing Tate and Foss exclusive properties.

The end result enables visitors to search thousand of single family, condominiums, mult-family and land listings throughout New Hampshire and Maine.
